On October 17, 2026, Let’s Walk It Out took part in Vernon Walks for Hope, a 22-mile ruck through Vernon, Texas to raise awareness of rural mental health and suicide prevention. Held in conjunction with BaconFest, it was a one-day effort supported by the Vernon Police Department, American Legion Post 469, community partners and local supporters. No one should have to struggle alone.
